OniT Enterprises Lda is a Dili-based production software company. We design, build, and operate the platforms that run tourism, hospitality, education, HR, and the news in Timor-Leste — and we do it with a small, AI-first, in-house team.

Everything we build ships live and operates in production. Security headers, schema, sitemap, llms.txt, backups — day one.

2012
Tony lands in Dili
Naroman launches as a one-person studio shipping early-stage web platforms for civil society and government clients.
2015
UNICEF and PNTL ship
Trilingual sites for UNICEF child protection programmes and the Timor-Leste national police. First multilingual platform at national scale.
2020
COVID-19 dashboard
Real-time public-health dashboard for the Government of Timor-Leste during the COVID-19 response.
2023
AI-first turn
AI tooling becomes core to the build pipeline. Throughput multiplies. Multiple products ship in parallel across the year.
2024
OniT Enterprises formed
Tino, Tony, and Olga incorporate OniT Enterprises Lda. Rezerva SPV spins out as the tourism vehicle with Jeremiah Chan.
2025
Six products live
Rezerva, Rezerva PMS, Meza, HariSuku, Timor Media Monitor, and Rezerva TV all operating. EMIS UNICEF bid submitted.
2026
onit.tl becomes canonical
Brand consolidates on onit.tl. naroman.tl retires as a 301 forwarder. The portfolio crosses 30+ shipped platforms.
