Crazy Taxi on real Timorese roads — Tetun-first, in the browser
A 3D driving game set on five real Timorese routes traced from OpenStreetMap and graded against a 30m DEM, cross-checked against recorded Tour de Timor GPS traces. Tetun by default, no download and no build step — every texture is drawn in code so it boots on an entry-level Android phone — and instrumented from the access log, which is how we know the first-minute fixes tripled the delivery rate (p = 0.042).
