HariSuku
Village-level climate engagement, on any phone
HariSuku is a community climate-engagement platform built for the village (suku) level. It works on the cheap Android phones common in rural Timor-Leste, installs straight from the browser without an app-store download, and keeps working when the cellular signal drops to 2G or disappears completely. When the phone gets back into coverage, everything syncs. The interface is Tetun-first because that is what villagers actually use.
